1 teaspoonful of pineapple
syrup.
I teaspoonful of abricotine.
f glass of fine ice.
I drink of Plymouth gin.
Shake well, strain into fizz glass,
fill up with syphon seltzer or soda
and serve.
JACK FROST FIZZ.
Use a mixing glass.
3 or 4 dashes of lemon juice.
I spoonful of sugar.
Fill glass half full of firie ice.
I drink of Plymouth gin.
I teaspoonful St. Croix rum.
Shake well; don't strain, but pour
into a long, thin glass, fill up with
syphon seltzer or vichy water and
serve.
MORNING GLORY FIZZ.
Use a mixing glass.
The white of one egg.
1 spoonful of sugar.
The juice of one lime or half
lemon.
2 dashes of absinthe.
5 glass of fine ice.
I drink of Scotch whiskey.
Shake well, strain into a fizz glass,
fill up slowly with syphon water so
that the body of the drink will be
kept separate from the syphon water,
and serve.
