Fill glass two thirds with ice,one dessert teaspoon-

ful powdered sugar; fill with coffee, stir, then pour

in one jigger brandy; stir thoroughly. Serve with

Tea Cobbler.

(Use large lemonade-glass.)

Madein same manneras Coffee Cobbler,using Irish

whiskey instead of brandy, v.dth a thin slice lemon

added.

Snow Flake.

(Use thin glass.)

Take large thin glass half filled with sweet milk;

fill up with Imperial or seltzer water; both ingred

ients must be cold.

St. Charles' Punch.

(Use large barglass.)

Take i teaspoonful of powdered sugar, dissolved

in a little water.

I wine glass of Port wine.

I ponj' glass of brandy.

Thejuice of quarter ofa lemon.

Fill the tumbler with shaved ice,shake well, orna

ment with fruits in season, and serve with a straw.
