Project Description
In FY 16/17, a new sewer main on Railroad between Barrett and Tennant will be installed. A new sewer main on
Tennant between Railroad and Monterey will be designed and constructed in FY 17/18.
FY 16/17: Railroad Ave: between Barrett & Tennant
FY 17/18: Tennant: between Railroad & Monterey Rd
FY 17/18: Tennant: Railroad Crossing
A new CIP is being prepared as part of the new Water Master Plan to be completed in early FY 16/17. Future
sewer main projects will be defined including scope and timing of the projects in the new CIP. The spending plan
above will be updated once the new project schedule is defined.
Project Justification
New sewer mains are required to provide adequate capacity and support development-related growth.
