- Should a guest not check into the hotel on their scheduled date of arrival without

having cancelled their reservations at least 24 hours in advance (by 4 pm day prior to arrival), a

fee equal to one night’s accommodation room and tax fees will be charged to the credit card on

file.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in commences after 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. Arrangements can be made for the

luggage storage should anyone require storage facilities as a means of not incurring any late

departure charges that may be applicable.

PARKING

Complimentary surface parking is available.

FORCE MAJEURE:

The execution of the Agreement by either party is subject to act of God, war, terrorism,

government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities

(which prohibit 25% or more of the people from participating in your event), or other emergency

making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the program. It is provided that

this Agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from

one party to the other.

INDEMNIFICATION:

The

Quality Inn West Edmonton

employees, family members and owners shall be forever held

harmless from and against, any and all liability or claim of liability for any personal injury or

property damage.

In addition, the

Quality Inn West Edmonton

warrants and represents that, as a place of "public

accommodation"; it is in compliance with all federal, provincial, and local fire safety and health

code laws and ordinances in force at the time of the event.

ACCEPTANCE:

When signed by the authorized representatives of both parties, this agreement will constitute as a

binding agreement between

Watch Tower, Bible and Tract Society of Canada

and the

Quality

Inn West Edmonton

. Any changes to this agreement must be noted in writing and signed by

both parties.

To confirm this booking on a definite basis,
