are net non-commissionable

are based on single/double occupancy (children 17 years & under stay free when
sharing room with parents)

apply per room, per night on accommodation only

are subject to applicable taxes (4% AB Tourism Levy, 3.27% Destination
Marketing Fee and 5% GST)

are quoted in Canadian funds

extra $10.00 will apply for each additional adult plus taxes/fees for triple or quad

PRE AND POST RATES:
Room rates for the convention will be offered two (2) days prior and two days following the
event (subject to availability) but will not be included in the group’s room block allotment.
RESERVATION METHOD AND CUT-OFF DATE:
It is our understanding that reservations and payment will be arranged by each individual.
The
Quality Inn West Edmonton
agrees to hold the full block of guest rooms until the cut-off
date of July 7, 2017 which is two weeks prior to arrival. Any rooms left in your group’s room
block after the cut-off date will be released for general sale unless the hotel receives a written
commitment for the number of rooms that will be required as per this agreement with the hotel.
PAYMENT:
Each guest will be responsible for making their own room reservation and for their own payment.
A credit card number is required at the time the reservation is made. Upon arrival a credit card
with matching photo identification is required. The credit card number will be recorded and
preauthorized at time of check-in. In absence of a credit card, full payment + $250 deposit is
collected with a debit card.
The
Quality Inn West Edmonton
does not accept cash unless a credit card is on file.
GUARANTEED AND CANCELLED RESERVATIONS:
For group reservations, the
Quality Inn West Edmonton
has a 30 day cancellation policy.
Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours (before 4 pm) the day prior to arrival. If
reservations are cancelled with less than
24 hours’
notice, the guest will be charged for the first
night’s room and tax charges on the credit card on file. Guests should note and retain the
cancellation number quoted to them by the Reservations Agent at the time the cancellation is
made.
