Room blocks are typically held until 4 weeks prior to arrival after which date, any unsold rooms in your block are released

for general sale.

planning this very important meeting. Please note that I am currently holding space for your event and will continue to

do so until October 31, 2016. This proposal will be valid until that time, after that date pricing and availability will be

subject to availability and may change.
