METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Jehovah's Witnesses' 2017 Regional Convention will pay for
room and tax.
Individuals will be required to provide a valid credit card at time of check in
for incidentals.
HOW TO MAKE RESERVATIONS:

EARLY/LATE ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
All reservations must be guaranteed with
a valid credit card for late arrival. The Hampton Inn & Suites cannot guarantee a late-check
out on the departure date; we will do our best to accommodate for one room to be available
for storage if necessary.
Cut-Off Date
Guestrooms will be held until 5:00Pm MTD on June 21, 2017. Guestrooms not confirmed
at that time will be released and space will be subject to availability.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
We request that all reservations be made by the method indicated
no later than the cut-off date listed above. After the cut-off date, we reserve the right to
offer rooms held in your block to other customers to reduce our losses from unused rooms.
Reservations by your attendees after the cut-off date will be accepted based on availability.
Billing Instructions

Cancellation Policy
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS:
- Individual bookings may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival date. Group must
remain for the entire stay regardless of tournament outcome.
CANCELLATION AND PERFORMANCE:

cancel this Agreement only
upon giving written notice to the Hampton Inn and Suites. Cancellation of entire group can
be made without penalty up to thirty days prior to arrival date, and the unsold inventory will
be released back into Best Available transient inventory.

Indemnity Clause
Jehovah's Witnesses' 2017 Regional Convention
agrees
the Hampton Inn &
Suites Edmonton West may, at its sole discretion, cancel this agreement by giving
the
Jehovah's Witnesses' 2017 Regional Convention Group
written notice, if the Hotel
decides that to hold the function may result in civil commotion, harassment of patrons of
the Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton West or damage thereto. The Hotel shall, as soon as
reasonably possible, return to

Group
any deposit paid, and there shall be no further liability.
It is understood and agreed that the Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton West shall not be
liable or responsible in any manner for any damages sustained by any party to the contract,
or by any other person, firm or corporation partaking in any aspect of the event.

agrees and undertakes to
indemnify Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton West against any and all claims and expenses
presented by any person, firm or corporation for any loss or damages resulting from:
The Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton West being unable to perform the
services set out in the agreement as a result of any strike, flood, fire, force or
Act of God.
