expenses presented by any person or persons, firm(s) or corporations attending the

function for loss or damages sustained in the areas of the Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton

West designated for holding of the func

tion.

Agreement Terms

To confirm rates quoted and the availability of rooms requested, please sign this

agreement by 10/7/2016 or the requested guestrooms and meeting space will be released.

The rates above have been negotiated by the Jehovah's Witnesses' 2017 Regional

Convention Group, and do require a minimum number of 96 room nights. All rooms

must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking, and the rate is only

guaranteed until June 21

2017.

Special Requests

Special requests such as cots, adjoining rooms, refrigerators, etc… will be subject to

availability.

Guarantee

A credit card authorization form must be returned with the contract to guarantee the group

booking. This will be used to hold the rooms only, and individuals will still be required to

provide their credit card for their reservations. The card will not be charged unless the

cancellation notice above has not been honored.

A block will be made for your group upon receipt of the contract. If this meets your approval, please sign

the area indicated below and return via email or fax if you agree to the terms and conditions of this

contract.
