Mini-Circuits’ ZVBP-2300A+ is a
bandpass cavity filter with a passband
from 2200 to 2400MHz, supporting
S-Band applications including fixed
and mobile communication networks.
This model provides 0.5dB passband
insertionloss,1.34:1passbandVSWR,
and high rejection with excellent
selectivity, reaching 40dB rejection
at 2000 and 2500MHz. The rugged
design can handle up to 15W RF
input power and features a protective
assembly which prevents accidental
detuning that might otherwise require
costly replacement or return to factory
for re-tuning. It comes housed in
a powder-coated aluminum alloy
case (3.10x0.77x1.49”) with SMA-F
connectors.

Mini-Circuits’ ZN6PD1-63SMP+ is
a coaxial 6-way 0° splitter/combiner
supporting a wide range of applications
from 600 to 6000MHz. This model is
capable of handling up to 20W RF input
power as a splitter and provides 2dB
insertion loss, 20dB isolation, 8-10°
phase unbalance, 0.8dB amplitude
unbalance and DC current passing
up to 0.6A (100mA each port). The
splitter features blind-mate SMP snap-
on connectors and comes housed in
an ultra-thin, aluminum alloy package
measuring only (4.25x9.50x0.43”),
saving space and allowing easy cable
connections in crowded layouts.

Provides High Linearity from 30

Mini-Circuits’ HSWA4-63DR+ is
an absorptive SP4T MMIC switch
with an internal driver designed
for wideband operation from 30
to 6000MHz. This model provides
high linearity with +58dBm IIP3
and +97dBm IIP2. It also provides
low insertion loss of 0.9dB, 61dB
isolation in the off state, and very fast
switching of just 255µs. The switch
operates on a single +2.3 to +5.5V
supply with low current consumption
and comes housed in a tiny 24-pad
4x4m MCLP package with excellent
ESD protection.

Mini-Circuits’ ZN3PD-02183+ is a 3-way
0˚ ultra-wideband splitter/combiner
supporting a wide range of applications
from 2 to 18GHz. This model is capable
of handling up to 25W RF input power
as a splitter with 0.9dB insertion loss,
providing excellent signal power
transmission from input to output. It
delivers nearly equal output signals
with 0.2dB amplitude unbalance and 4°
phase unbalance, with 24dB isolation,
minimizing interference between
channels. The ZN3PD-02183+ comes
housed in a rugged, compact aluminum
alloy case measuring 2.46x4.46x0.38”
with SMA-Female connectors.
