VSWR from DC to 2500MHz
Mini-Circuits’ Z7550R-BMNF+ is a
coaxial 50/75Ω resistive matching pad
covering the DC to 2500MHz frequency
range, supporting impedance matching
in a wide range of systems including
CATV, broadband networks, and more.
This model provides low insertion
loss of just 0.6dB, making it ideal for
impedance matching in systems where
minimizing loss of signal power is a
priority. It handles RF input power
up to 1.0W and comes housed in a
rugged, compact aluminum alloy case
(1.25x1.25x0.75”) with N-F (50Ω) to
BNC-M (75Ω) connectors.

Pass Filter Passes DC to 2350MHz
Mini-Circuits’ VLF-2350+ is a coaxial
low pass filter with a passband from
DC to 2350MHz, supporting a variety of
applications from harmonic rejection to
lab use and more. This model handles
up to 9W RF input power and provides
1.0dB passband insertion loss, 1.5:1
passband VSWR, 40dB stopband
rejection at 3800MHz, and 20dB
rejection at 5000MHz. The filter comes
in a rugged, stainless steel housing
measuring 1.43”(l)x0.41”(dia.) with
SMA-F to SMA-M connectors.

Mini-Circuits’ Tiny MMIC SPDT
Switch Provides High Dynamic
Range from 5 to 6000MHz
Mini-Circuits’ JSW2-63VHDRP+ is
a reflective symmetric MMIC SPDT
switch with an internal CMOS driver
designed for wideband operation from
5 to 6000 MHz. This model provides
power handling up to 2.5W and high
dynamic range with +75 dBm IIP3 and
+115 dBm IIP2. It also provides low
insertion loss of 0.4dB, high isolation in
the off state (68dB at 100MHz; 20dB
at 5000MHz), and very fast switching
of just 2µs. The switch operates on
a single positive supply voltage with
low current consumption and comes
housed in a tiny 12-pad 2x2mm MCLP
package with excellent ESD protection.
