Bankruptcy Court Fee Funds.

THE following notice appeared in the

Dublin

Gazette

of 27th February, 19H :—

Notice under the " Public Offices Fees Act,

1879."

We, the undersigned, being two of the

Lords Commissioners

of His Majesty's

Treasury, do, in pursuance of the provisions

of the said " Public Offices Fees Act, 1879,"

hereby declare and direct :—

That on and after the 1st April, 1914, the

fee payable in the Court of Bankruptcy,

Ireland, for every office copy, each folio of

72 words, or fractional part of a folio, viz.,

3d., as prescribed by the Lord Chancellor of

Ireland, under Order dated the 24th Novem

ber,

1913,

and

sanctioned by Treasury

Minute, dated the 20th February, 1914, shall

be taken in stamps impressed on a form

appropriated for the purpose, in lieu of in

money.

That the Commissioners of Inland Revenue

shall account for these fee stamps.

Given under our hands this 21st day of

February, 1914.
