Directions in Reference to Side-bar Orders on

Tenants to Pay Rents to Receivers.

In future, when applying for the above-

mentioned Orders, it shall not be necessary

to produce a Certificate of an official search

in the Land Registry of Ireland to prove that

the Receiver is not an Owner of Registered

Land, but an affidavit made by the Receiver

to that effect may be accepted as evidence.

If, however, the Receiver is an Owner of

Registered Land, a Certificate of the registra

tion of his bond or recognizance in the Land

Registry of Ireland must be produced.
