Mr. A. B., take notice the Medical

Visitor in Lunacy did on the

make a report to the Lord

Chancellor stating that you are a person of

unsound mind, and such report will be

submitted to the Lord Chancellor, and there

upon orders dealing with your property may

be made on the ground of your being of

unsound mind and incapable of managing

your affairs.

If you intend to object to such

orders being made, notice of such objection

must be signed by you and attested

by

your

Solicitor, and transmitted to the Registrar

in Lunacy, at his Office, Four Courts, Dublin,

within seven days from your receipt of the

present notice.

the making of a report by the Medical Visitor

in Lunacy to the effect that I am of unsound

mind, and incapable of managing my affairs,

THE following Directions have been issued by

the Judge of the Irish Land Commission

relative to Court and Chamber business :—

Court of the Irish Land Commission.

Direction as to Coiirt and Chamber Business.

SUBJECTED any special direction that may be

given by the Judge, all motions on notice,

all cases involving law argument, and all

Final Schedules set down for hearing shall be

put in the Court List, and shall, except when

a party appears in person, be moved by

Counsel.

All other business shall be put in the

Chamber List.

FOR the convenience of vendors and owners

of Impropriate Tithe Rent Charge, notice is

hereby given that subject to any special

Order, Impropriate Tithe Rent Charge in the

several Counties in Ireland may, until the

commencement of the next statutory period

of variation thereof, be redeemed, on the

consent of the parties' Solicitors, at the

number of years' purchase set opposite the

names of said Counties respectively in the

Schedule hereto.
