Irish Current Law Statutes Annotated

General Editor: Kevin Boyle

Editor: Robert Clark

If you are concerned to keep abreast of the developments in Irish law,

Irish Current Law Statutes

Annotated

should not pass your attention. It represents a unique

service

by providing coverage of Irish

Statutes, Cases and Statutory Instruments ensuring that as a subscriber you are kept totally up-to-date.

Irish Current Law Statutes Annotated

contains the full text of every statute from January 1st 1984 with

detailed annotations to these statutes of particular importance to lawyers. You will find that this unique

service combines high standards of annotation and layout with the advantages of a loose-leaf format,

ensuring that both text and annotations are effectively and quickly updated, as necessary, on a continuing

basis.

Never before have Irish lawyers had such a wealth of statutory material and guidance to it, so readily

accessible or so regularly revised and updated!

Acts of particular importance will be annotated section by

section to provide detailed and learned commentary by experts. These annotations will contain reference

to important cases, regulations made under the Act, definitions, commencement dates and other relevant

legislation where appropriate.

The Loose-leaf Format

As a subscriber to

Irish Current Law Statutes Annotated,

you will be issued with tour releases throughout

the year, bringing you the most recent Acts and annotations within a short time of proclamation.

Furthermore, as post-1983 legislation is amended or repealed by subsequent law and when annotations

require alteration, you will receive replacement pages in your Releases for filing into the loose-leaf binder.

Every time amendments or repeals are made to the text, the note to that section headed Amendments' will

give subscribers full reference to the authority which altered the text.

This method of updating means that new material may be integrated into the text neatly and expeditiously

without disturbing the logical order of the statutes. Portions of the text can be rewritten or deleted as

necessary and subscribers may be sure that at all times their releases are completely reliable.
