Land Certificate
Registration of Title Act, 1964
An application has been received from the
registered owners mentioned in the Schedule
hereto for the issue of a Land Certificate in
substitution for the original Land Certificate
as stated to have been lost or inadvertently
destroyed. A new Certificate will be issued
unless notification is received in the Registry
within twenty-eight days from the date of
publication of this notice that the original
Certificate is in existence and in the custody
of some person other than the registered
owner. Any such notification should state
the grounds on which the Certificate is being
held.

"ALL THAT AND THOSE that piece or plot
of building ground situate on Meath Road,
Novara Avenue, containing in the front to
Meath Road aforesaid 87 feet in the rere 87
feet and in depth from front to rere 175 on
the North side and in depth from front to rere
on the south side 175% feet or any of them
more or less bounded on the North by other
building ground the property of the said Peter
Warburton Jackson on the south by the road
to Bray through Novara Avenue, on the East
by Meath Road aforesaid and on the West by
an intended laneway . . ."
