Use Mixing Glass.
'^JbREE dashes Angostura bitters; one
portion Italian vermouth j three dashes
acid phosphate. Fill with ice, shake well,
and strain into a cocktail glass.
Champagne Cocktail.
Use Long, Thin Class.
^^jNE lump cut loaf sugar, saturated with
Angostura bitters •,
one lump ice; one
piece lemon peel. Fill glass with cold
champagne, stir with spoon, and serve.
Choleta Cocktail.
Use Bar G/ass,
*ff\ALF a teaspoonful Jamaica ginger,
half a teaspoonful Angostura bitters;
half a pony brandy; halfa pony port wine;
one and a half ponies cherry brandy. Grate
nutmeg, and stir in with spoon. Use no
ice.
