'ONE but the genuine Dr Siegert's

Angostura Bitters should be used. This can

beobtainedfrom any respectable wine-merchant

or stores. Stress is laid on this point because

it is chiefly to the Angostura Bitters that the

delicious flavour and tonic properties of the

well-made cocktail are due.
