Learn the basics of food safety including

how to prevent foodborne illnesses, safe

food storage, how to properly receive,

prepare, store and serve food, as well

as proper cleaning and sanitation. The

concepts learned in this course will teach

participants how to keep their families,

clients and customers safe and healthy.

This course meets the BC Health Act

requirements for food safety certification.
