HIPAA Secure Environment (Question 10 & 15)
For electronic transmission we utilize the secure feature through e-mail and are not allowed to use
non-encrypted jump drives or other non-secure electronic resources
All client documents are secured via lock and key on a nightly basis on the premises.
After 3 years, documents are stored offsite at Smith & Hammaker
As part of our strict protocol towards HIPAA, we will only use the Bradley data for the purposes of servicing the
benefits plan.
