Automatic Recall

Retrieve those “just missed” calls quickly

and easily

Ever come home and hear the phone ringing as you quickly fumble to open

the front door? Don’t worry, with Automatic Recall, just missed incoming calls

can be easily retrieved and recalled. If the recalled number is busy, Automatic

Recall continues dialing even while you make and receive other calls.

How To Use Automatic Recall

1. Pick up the handset and listen for a normal dial tone.

2. Press

*

69. (On a rotary phone, dial 1169.) You will hear a recording with

the last number called, and will ask if you want to call back.

3. If you were already on the phone and ignored a call waiting tone, depress

the switch hook for one second and release.

If The Line Is Busy

1. Hang up. Your phone will keep trying the line for up to 30 minutes.

2. A special callback ring alerts you if the line becomes free. (Some phones

ring normally.)

3. Pick up the handset and you’ll hear the called party’s line automatically

begin to ring.
