Contribution of monoglutamate forms of folates to the total vitamin B9 content

The only form of folate above quantitation limit (LOQ= 0.1 μg/100 g RTF) was 5ͲMeͲTHF, with

contribution to the total folate varying from 0 to 14 %. The results are compiled in the following table.
