vacation rentals, popular websites

such as Airbnb and HomeAway

are thriving. As a result, community associ-

ations all over are faced with several chal-

lenges. A common question we get is: “Our

community started allowing short-term rentals

with Airbnb, are we covered for this?” The

answer is not as easy as yes or no, as it
