community association needs to have a

policy written with an insurance carrier

which allows short-term rentals, because

if the policy does not, or if there are

policy, then the community association

may not be covered.

Currently, it is very rare to have a

specific exclusion in a policy which flat

out states that claims relating to Airbnb

and/or short-term rentals are exclud-

ed from coverage. What you will
