Friday, January 1st
NewYear’s Day Brunch
Brunch will be served in the Main Dining Room, Sports Bar and at the Beach
Club from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The 19th Hole and the Pool Side Cafe are
available for lunch. Dinner will not be served at the Beach Club or the Main
Clubhouse. However Take Out and Delivery Service will be available. Please
contact the Food & Beverage Office to make your dinner arrangements at

Thursday, January 6th
GourmetWine Dinner
6:30 p.m. Main Dining Room
We are proud to have Alberto Prealoni, the Florida representative for Vias
wines to present some of the prestigious Italian wines of theVias portfolio.
Friday, January 15th
Sommelier’s Gin and VodkaTasting
6:00 the Sportsbar
A special selection by Sommelier Stephen Fisher will be available for tasting.
Saturday, January 16th
Concert Night
featuring Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack
6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Enjoy the second installment of our Musical / Concert Dinner Series. Watch
Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack in concert throughout the evening on the life
size screens in the Main Dining Room. Dinner will be served a la carte. Guests
are welcome.
Monday, January 18th
Trivia Dinner
6:30 p.m. The Grille
A night of dinner and fun quizzes. While there are plenty of hard brain teasers
out there, it is nice to have some easy Trivia Questions and Answers.
Prizes awarded to best team.
Wednesday, January 20th
Sommelier’s ScotchTasting
A special selection by Sommelier Stephen Fisher will be available for tasting.
