POA SERVICES
Mail and Shipping Services
The POAOffice provides assistance with all your USPS, FedEx and UPS shipping of letters and packages.
If you choose to send your packages with FedEx Air Service, please drop off your packages before 4:30 p.m.
at the POAOffice. FedEx Air pick-up at Frenchman's Creek is at 5:00 p.m. fromMonday through Friday.
FedExGroundService pick-up is scheduled at 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please drop off your package
before 2:30 p.m. in the POAOffice.
UPS Shipping Services are available upon request and pick up can be scheduled at any time during normal
office hours.
United States Postal Service mail pick up at the clubhouse is scheduled Monday through Saturday at
2:30 p.m. All USPS mail services are available, i.e. registered mail, mail insurance, signature upon delivery
as well as mail tracking and international shipping.
For your convenience the POAOffice accepts delivery of your packages, which will be placed in your home.
Please make sure your packages can be identified.

Pictorial Membership Directory
All members who wish to have a professional portrait included in the directory should confirm a
portrait session with EA Photography at (800) 653-0576 extension 255. You may also confirm your
portrait session by email at
MyClubPortraits@eaclubs.com. EA Photography will be onsite beginning
Wednesday, January 27, 2016 in the Sales Center conducting all confirmed sessions.
