Small detachable disc for steel and stainless steel working
SG-ELASTIC
Design:
Aluminium oxide (A46, A60), semi-hard, with fibre-reinforced
resin bond for long life and grinding performance.
Not made with
iron, sulphur and chlorine fillers.
Application:
For cool work with steel, INOX, high-temperature-
resistant steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and nickel-based alloys
with electric and pneumatic straight grinders. Ideal for use in confined
spaces.

Cutting disc for steel
Design:
Aluminium oxide (A60 1.0 mm thick), tough, aluminium oxide
(A46 from 1.6–1.9 mm thick), tough and aluminium oxide (A24 from
2.5–3.0 mm thick), tough, with fibre-reinforced resin bond for long life
and grinding performance. Standard bore 22.23 mm.
Application:
For universal use in all areas of metal work. The thin
detachable discs (1.0 mm thick) are ideal for fast, convenient cutting
and edging, 1.6 and 1.9 mm thickness for universal cutting tasks and
2.5 to 3.0 mm for maximum tool life with high lateral stability.
Note:
For more safety and higher lateral stability when working with
cutting discs from 178 mm ∅, we recommend using a
spanner flange, see (Order No. 8110 0010
