Design:
The special long-life active ingredient combinations are lithium-emulsified for
emergency operating features. The dropping point lies above 180 °C. Consistency index
according to DIN 51818: NLGI Class 2.
Application:
Universal grease for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings, even in mixed friction
area, especially for all sliding speeds permissible for grease lubrication. Reduces friction and
wear even under high loads.

Temperature resistance from –30 °C to +120 °C, (for short periods up
to +130 °C). Protects against corrosion and maintains the lubricating effect
even in the presence of water. Ideal for central lubrication systems with eligible
conventional tubing cross sections, lifetime lubricated automobile bearings, as
lubrication in construction and agricultural machines, electric motor bearings,
conveyor roller bearing and axle bearings in railway operation.
Design:
Made from neutral carriers, special additives and metal polish. On a copper basis.
Application:
Offers best separating and solvent effects up to +1100 °C as well as cost-
effective wear protection, and forms an effective lubricating and separating film against
corrosion and frictional corrosion wear. With pressure loading a flat, coppered surface forms,
thanks to the high proportion of solid lubricant. This creates a higher level of protection
against cold welding and wear. Ideal for screws, bolts and nuts, plug-on and bayonet
connections that are exposed to extremely high temperatures, assembly lubrication of joints
on internal combustion engines, flange joints and fittings, lubrication of wearing bushes and
also on contact with water.
