Design:
Contains mineral oil EP-drilling compound, chlorine-free, totally stable and
homogeneous. Immune to hardness ranges in water (lime, etc.). Largely resistant to microbial
attack. When used properly, physiologically safe.
Application:
Emulsifiable for long tool life. Ideal for drilling, turning, milling, sawing and thread
cutting. For aluminium, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, cast- and stainless steel.
Application concentration:
Milling: approx. 9% strength (1 l concentrate in 11 l water).
Sawing, turning, drilling: approx. 10% (1 l concentrate in 10 l water).
Thread cutting: approx. 10% (1 l concentrate in 10 l water).

Organically stable, contains mineral oil, nitrite-and chlorine-free and free from PCB,
PCT compounds and bacteria. The concentrate is alkaline.
Application:
The concentrate is stirred with water and forms a stable easy-to-handle emulsion,
which offers high tool service lives and perfect surface qualities. Good corrosion protection,
long-lasting emulsion and good skin compatibility. Ideal for drilling, turning, milling, sawing,
grinding and thread cutting.
Application concentration:
Grinding: approx. 3% strength (1 l concentrate in 35 l of water).
Sawing, milling, turning, drilling: approx. 5% strength
(1 l concentrate in 19 l water).
Thread cutting: approx. 9% strength (1 l concentrate in 11 l water).

Application:
Emulsion stable with good corrosion protection. Universally applicable for

saws. Chlorine- and silicon-free. Corresponds to TRGS 611.
Application concentration:

Design:
Semi-synthetic, water-miscible cooling lubricant, chlorine- and nitrite-free.
Application:
Stable long-lasting emulsion for drilling, turning, milling, sawing and grinding.
Suitable for central installations and single machines. Corresponds to TRGS 611. The coolant
provides good corrosion protection and good lubricity.
