Cutting Tools

2

Design:

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type NH, DIN 6527, 40/42°,

fire-coated,

with centre cut.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling as well as for

universal machining.

For milling depths up to 2 x D.

Can also be

used for trimming and finishing milling. Can be used for rough

grinding, slot cutting and finishing milling. The irregular spiral lead

36°/38° results in particularly smooth running and thus very good

surface on the workpiece. A much longer tool life is achieved than

with conventional tools.

Solid Carbide Vari-Helix 4 Flute Endmill

Fire

Design:

Solid carbide (K10/K20), type N, according to factory

standard, with irregular pitch,

TiAIN-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.

Dry machining possible.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling and drill cutting.

The irregular pitch results in low-vibration running and thus a high

surface quality. Burr formation on the cutting edges is avoided.
