Cutting Tools

2

Design:

Solid carbide, type N, according to factory standard,

35°/38°,

TiAIN-coated,

with centre cut.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling as well as for universal

machining. Can also be used for trimming and finishing milling. Can be

used for rough grinding, slot cutting and finishing milling. The irregular

spiral lead results in particularly smooth running and thus very good

surface on the workpiece. A much longer tool life is achieved than with

conventional tools, as well as maximum stability during machining. In

addition, feeds higher by up to 60% can be realised.

Design:

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type W, DIN 6527, 40°/42°,

with centre cut.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling as well as for universal

machining.

For milling depths up to 2 x D.

Can also be used for

trimming and finishing milling. Can be used for rough grinding, slot

cutting and finishing milling. The irregular spiral lead 40°/42° results

in particularly smooth running and thus very good surface on the

workpiece. A much longer tool life is achieved than with conventional

tools, as well as maximum stability during machining. In addition,
