Cutting Tools

2

Design:

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type NH, DIN 6527 L, 45°,

fire-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.

Dry machining possible.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling, trimming and

high-precision finishing. The high spiral lead of 45° results

in particularly smooth running and thus very good surface on

the workpiece. A much longer tool life is achieved than with

conventional tools.

Particularly suitable for

machining stainless steel

fire-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.

Dry machining possible.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling, trimming and

high-precision finishing. The 45° spiral results in a soft and peeling

cut and thus a high surface quality. Burr formation on the cutting

edges is avoided. A much longer tool life is achieved than with

conventional tools.
