Design:

From hardened steel, with elastic touch surface.

Application:

For positioning of workpiece surfaces or tool lengths in the Z-direction on rotary

or milling machines. The device is placed onto the workpiece. Using the machine spindle, the

cutting tool, e.g. milling cutter, is then moved on the touch surface until the pointer is at zero

on the dial gauge. The distance from the cutting tool to the workpiece is now precisely 50 mm,

thereby the blades are not damaged when measuring.

Workpiece stop system ESSET 5D

Design:

Body made of anodised aluminium, clamping lever with plastic-coated die-cast

zinc. The stop has a modular design and

can be freely rotated and moved across

5 axes

. Several units can be combined. With 2-step adjustment mechanism and one

stop plate to be used as internal stop (grooves, etc.).

Application:

Can be used for many machining operations on drilling and milling

machines. Can be uses as internal and external stop. Can be combined with double

stop (Order No. 3955 0020) as multiple system design, so that several units can be

bundled together.

Hooked, ball or fork stop heads can be manufactured for specific

conditions.
