Role
As our Preconstruction Manager, Jon facilitates all factors of pre-construction, from
budgets to billing. Jon’s detail-oriented approach, along with his fabulous support
staff, allows J. Raymond to provide you with the best information and support
possible during the pre-construction phase .

EXPERIENCE
Jon managed over 50 notable retail development projects in and around the
Greater Orlando area, before taking on the role as Pre-Construction Manager and
Lead Estimator.
Jon was responsible for the management of multiple ongoing projects for clients
such as Circuit City, PetCo, PETsMART, CompUSA, Dress for Less, Ralph’s,
Michaels Crafts, Staples, Etc.. These projects ranged in size from $500,000 to
$26,000,000.
