Strain
through
a
tammy,
add
one
pound
of
loaf
sugar,
and
let
it
stand
twelve
hours
longer
;
then
bottle
and
cork
well.

tumblerful
of
old
whisky
and
the
same
quantity
of
lemon
syrup,
put
in
chipped
ice
and
pour
them
from
one
glass
into
another
two
or
three
times.
