On the 9th day of May, 1969 the President of the

High Court made an order on a report from the

Disciplinary Committee directing that Henry J.

Hayes who practised at Nenagh County Tip-

perary be struck off the Roll of Solicitors and

that his Bank Accounts be frozen.

On the 13th day of August, 1969 the President of

the High Court made an order on a report from

the Disciplinary Committee directing that William

McCarthy who practised at Kilfinane, County

Limerick be struck off the Roll of Solicitors and

that his Bank Accounts be frozen.
