2.2.1
REMUNERATION OF CORPORATE
OFFICERS
In accordance with Article 21 of the Articles of Association, the
Supervisory Board may be allocated an annual remuneration
in the form of attendance fees. The amount of these fees is
approved by the Shareholders at their Ordinary General Meeting
andmaintained until otherwise decided by the Shareholders at a
General Meeting. TheBoarddivides these attendance fees among
its members in the proportions that it deems appropriate.
Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries remunerate the
corporate officers in any way other than by the allocation of
attendance fees as approved by the shareholders at their General
Meeting.
Only Altamir allocated attendance fees to the corporate officers
listed below.
Attendance fees paid in 2015 and 2016 are indicated below.

The attendance fees payable for the 2015 financial year were paid
in 2016. At the General Meeting of 23 April 2015, shareholders
approved the total sum of €260,000 for attendance fees for the
financial year 2015.
At the Annual General Meeting of 15 April 2016, it was proposed
that the sum of €260,000 be maintained as the allocation of
attendance fees to the members of the Supervisory Board with
respect to the 2016 financial year. At the Annual General Meeting
of 28 April 2017, it will be proposed that a sum of €290,000 be
allocated as attendance fees to be paid for the 2017 financial
year. The remuneration paid to the Management Company and
the General Partner is detailed in sections 2.2.2 and 2.2.3 of this
Registration Document.
