TRANSFERS

Transferring your benefits from the Scheme

The benefits that you have built up in the Scheme will be transferred to another pension

scheme or insurance policy if you request the Trustees to do so.

Transfers out of the Scheme are described in more detail in Section 10.

Transferring benefits from another pension scheme to the Scheme

If you were a member of a former employer's tax-registered pension arrangement and have

benefits preserved in that arrangement, or you have a personal pension, then it may be

possible to transfer the value of those benefits into this Scheme. Such a transfer is subject to

the agreement of the Trustees and may be subject to conditions.

The Trustees are not obliged to accept a transfer from another pension scheme, and as a

general rule they will not do so.

Details of the benefits that may be provided by such a transfer are available on request.
