Dear Members,
This is one of the greatest times of the
year, spring! Golf really gets revved
up at Greystone in the springtime. It’s
an exciting time at Greystone with the
Regions Tradition right around the corner,
the flowers blooming, and the courses
becoming more green and pristine.
Tournament Change: Member-Member
2015 was too hot! We moved the event
from July to June 11-12, 2016. In turn,
this gave us the opportunity to start the aerification at the Founders
Course on July 5th (1 week earlier than normal). This will help us get
Founders reopened and back in shape for the beginning of August when
the Legacy Course struggles a bit from the summer heat.
Exciting News!: We will once again host some small one-day events
throughout the year including a one-day Member-Guest, Glow Golf,
Couples Golf, Men’s and Ladies Night events, and more!
Reminder: The Titleist commercial that was filmed at Greystone last fall
is currently airing on the Golf Channel and will run throughout the year.
The commercial is a mash-up of many different shots. I broke the film
down and you can see Greystone highlighted at the following breaks, :17
