serving
add

wine

champagne)

brewage,
stir
well,

pitcher

which

just

placed.
Champagne
and
any
carbonated
water
should
not
be
added
until
just
before
serving.
Of
course
it
is
understood
that
any
additions
necessary
to
give
the
beverage
the
desired
piquancy
•can
be
added
after
the
wine
and
before
pouring
over
the
ice.
There
are
a
few
beverages
(exceptions
to
these
rules)
which
require
small
ice
in
pitcher
or
glasses.

will
be
noticed
in
their
respective
receipts.
