patient
is
not
allowed
milk,
but
cream
is
permissible
;
under
those
conditions,
this

be
found
useful
as
well

nutritious.
Pour
the
cream
in

tumbler

glass;
fill

glass
with
carbonated
water,
using
a
syphon.

a
matter
of
taste
just
what
carbonated
water
one
uses:
whether
seltzer,
vichy
or
club
soda;
whether
poured

a
bottle
or
a
syphon.
Put
the
milk
in

tall
glass
and
fill
with
the
carbonated
water.

Beat
the
white
of
the
egg
until
stiff,
put
it
in
a
tall
glass
and
add
the
lemon
juice
