For the 2016 financial year, as concerns the issuer, the other servicesmainly concern
the contractual audit of the combined financial statements of NewCo and New NP;
the review of environmental, social and societal information; and the limited review
of AREVA SA at June 30, 2016.
As concerns the fully consolidated subsidiaries, the other services mainly concern
agreed-upon procedures concerning AREVA NP and AREVA TA; certifications
concerning AREVAMines; and the contractual audit of the AREVANP consolidated
financial statements.
