Chestnut Avenue starting promptly at 7.30pm.

5. Election of Clubs to fill vacancies (as recommended by the Management Committee)

Each Member Club must send two (2) delegates to an AGM.
Each Club shall be entitled to one (1) vote only.
Any continuing Member Club failing to be represent at the AGM without satisfactory reason being given may be fined £20.
