• System suitability:
Calibration solutions of glucose (2 μg/mL – 300 μg/mL) and fructose (20 μg/mL – 1100 μg/mL) at 8
different levels, were prepared in triplicate all containing the chitobiose internal standard (at 600
μg/mL).
Recommendation:
The good agreement of results between the two laboratories also indicates that the method is
robust to resist the minor changes in protocols between the two labs.
I recommend to move the method to First Action.
