next
day

in

bler

vinegar,

of
good
yeast

put
it
in
a
clean
cask,
with
twelve
pounds
of
raisins,
and
bottle
in
three
months.

drops

raisins,

bruised
coriander
seeds,
half
a
pound

bruised
caraway
seeds
and
cassia,
each
half
a

cloves,

English
saffron,

sliced
liquorice
root,

pounds

clean
spirit,
fifteen
gal-
lons.

twelve
days

sugar,
thirty
pounds,
dissolved
in
five
gallons
water

mix.

fine
with
egg
or
milk.
