the
old
days
of
punch
drinking,
rum
was
the
great
ingredient
in
that
beverage,
but
its
use
has
gradually
died
out,
except
among

navy,

account
of
its
supposed
warming
qualities.
Rum
and
milk,
taken
before
breakfast,
is
also
a
beverage
used
very
extensively.
