ALSTOM, one of the largest multi-source
energy companies in the world, has confirmed
to Davi – the largest plate roll manufacturer in
the world – an order for a new, high capacity
four roll plate roll, to build new plants, safer
and with no environmental impact.
“We have been the first and only one,”
stated Orazio Davi, president, “to engineer
a four-roll system suitable to manufacture
wind towers, originally installed on land and
in the last few years, offshore, which are
assembled on platforms and with structures
of monopoles and tripods, with great
thickness and high tensile steel.”
