ITL Industries Ltd is a producer of tube and
pipe machines and related equipment. In
India the company has established itself as a
tube mill equipment solution provider, giving
single point service and acting as a one-
stop responsibility centre for setting up tube
manufacturing plants. ITL can undertake
turnkey projects for setting up an entire tube
production line.
Tube straightening machines play a vital
role in improving the quality of ERW, SS
tubes being produced on tube mills and draw
benches. There are certain applications of
tubes in the engineering and automobile
industries where straightening of the tube is
of prime importance.
ITL manufactures a wide range of tube
straightening machines, encompassing
various features and available in manual and
automatic models.
The machines have fully stress
relieved, fabricated frames. Work rolls are
made from HCHCR steel, hardened for
longer life, and are mounted on anti-friction
spherical roller bearings. The entire roller
mechanism is independent of all other
components, and the machines feature
easy-to-read dial type indicators with
simple initial machine setting.
ITL designs and manufacturers tube
straightening machines for ferrous and
non-ferrous materials. The machines are
available with 6, 10 or 14 rolls, and the
accuracies are 1 in 1,000, 1 in 2,000 and
1 in 3,000, respectively. The straighteners
are available in single speed, dual speed
and stepless speed variations, covering a
diameter range of 6 to 220mm.
