Notable industry achievement:

Acting as a mentor

to Reading University students to help prepare

them for entering the real estate industry. It’s great

to see many of the students on the programme go

on to have successful careers. Secondly, operating

as a broker in the Shanghai real estate market and

working on several high-profile transactions was a

terrific experience.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your personal

time?

My weekends are usually filled with playing

football and golf. When I’m not playing either

of these sports, I can be found on one of Hong

Kong’s beaches or hiking trails, and I’ve recently

taken up wakeboarding.

What would people be surprised to learn about

you?

I rowed the length of the River Thames

with a couple of friends in aid of Leukemia and

Lymphoma Research. We greatly underestimated

the challenge and ended up rowing for 16 hours a

day for three days, however it was worth the effort

and we raised £4,000 for charity.
