OLD FASHIONED,RUM

Rum

1 jigger Bitters

2 drops

Orange Bitters....2 dashes Sweet-Sour

1 spoon

Stir well in bar glass with lump of ice, add Maraschino cherry, add twisted

lemon peel and serve with ice water chaser.

OLD PAL

Whisky

jigger Fr. Vermouth ^ jigger

Campari

Yi jigger

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

OLD TOM

Gin

1 jigger Absinthe

1 dash

Orange Bitters ...2 dashes Sugar Syrup

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over

and serve.

OLD VERMONT

Gin

Yz ji&ger Maple Syrup

Bitters

2 drops Orange

1 spoon

Lemon

5 drops

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.
