Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist orange

peel over and serve.

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel

over and serve.

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist orange

peel over and serve.

54 jigger Absinthe to wet glass

2 dashes Sugar Syrup

Lemon

1 slice peel

Chill cocktail glass, wet with few drops absinthe and toss out. Stir other

ingredients well with ice, strain into prepared glass and serve with ice

water chaser.
